- Rearrange Pages: Reorder, duplicate, or delete pages
- Add Watermark: Apply watermarks to PDF documents
- Add Page Numbers: Insert page numbers into PDFs
- Convert PDF: Convert PDFs to other formats and vice versa
- OCR PDF: Make scanned documents searchable
- Scan to PDF: Convert images to PDF documents
- PDF to Images: Extract PDF pages as image files
All services are provided free of charge and without requiring user registration.
3. Permitted Use
You may use PDF Lab services for lawful purposes only. By using our services, you agree to:
- Use the tools only for personal, educational, or legitimate business purposes
- Upload only files that you own or have legal authorization to process
- Not use our services to process, distribute, or store illegal content

4. Prohibited Activities

5. File Handling & Security
When you upload files to PDF Lab:
- Files are processed securely using encrypted connections (HTTPS)
- Files are stored temporarily only for the duration of processing
- Files are automatically deleted after download or within 24 hours
- We do not view, analyze, or share the contents of your files
- For batch operations, temporary files are cleaned up automatically by our server
Important: While we implement security measures, we recommend not uploading highly sensitive or confidential documents. Always maintain backup copies of your original files before processing.
6. Intellectual Property
Your Content
You retain all ownership rights to the documents and files you upload to PDF Lab. By using our services, you grant us a limited, temporary license to process your files solely for the purpose of providing the requested service.
Our Content
PDF Lab, including its design, logos, text, graphics, and software, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
- Use our branding or trademarks without express written consent
- Create derivative works based on our service or content
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
PDF Lab services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:
